The ABS Air Safety Foundation works closely with Textron Aviation and other manufacturers, the FAA and National Transportation Safety Board, international aviation authorities, and other aircraft owners’ groups and industry leaders to help direct and support efforts to promote the safe and efficient use of general aviation aircraft.  ASF interacts directly with regulators to ensure any new regulations or operating rules are made only when necessary, and when it is necessary assuring that decisions are made using valid and accurate operational data.
